Commanding a unique location meant it was important to maximise the views of the river, whilst still retaining privacy and screening. The raised deck next to the house is designed to appear like an extension of the architecture. The garden includes large specimen trees, herbaceous and evergreen planting; all supported by a comprehensive irrigation system, such as pop-up lawn sprinklers.
