Who we are

The business was established in 2004 by Ed Belderbos. As the sole member of Belderbos Landscapes, Ed constructed and designed the first gardens himself. Building on his practical experience, Ed has steadily grown the company, now directly employing several construction teams, a maintenance team, a Landscape Designer, as well as back-office support staff.

Despite the company’s increased size, Ed continues to be closely involved in each project as well as playing an integral role in the running of the business. His hands-on approach, working closely with his staff and clients, ensures unbeatable quality and client satisfaction.

Ed plays an integral role in the every-day running of the business. He has overall responsibility for quality, sales and strategy.

Ed graduated in 1995 with an honours degree and a postgraduate diploma, in Landscape Architecture from Manchester Metropolitan University. He also spent a year at Hanover University in Germany, studying Landscape Architecture. In 2004 he studied a Masters in Construction Project Management at Southbank University.

Following five years as a Captain with the Royal Anglian infantry regiment, Ed established Belderbos Landscapes in 2004. Since then, he has steadily grown the business to several construction teams and a maintenance team.
